On Friday, March 11 at 10pm EST to Saturday, March 12 at 4am EST Dude Solutions will be performing infrastructure work during our standard maintenance window. During this time, TheWorxHub will be unavailable. TheWorxHub will be moving to a new web hosting service to better provide you with world-class solutions as technology advances over time.
System maintenance benefits include:
Greater system stability due to infrastructure and technology improvements which results in less downtime - planned and unplanned
Provides flexibility for our maintenance windows so we ensure optimal product availability More disaster recovery options available - to preserve data should anything happen
Action Required – Please notify your internal IT department of the following:
If you are allowing URLs based on IPs, you will need to update this to point to the new AWS IP range of JSONs https://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/aws-ip-ranges.html for the US-East-1 region.
If you are allowing URLs based on domains, there is no action needed at this time.
